That is a solid list. I, personally, would have rated Uncut a touch higher (I’m just not a fan of Filter), but all-in-all no need for me to rant incessantly.

I actually love them all. I just felt like ranking them. I’m glad traditional music magazines are still in business. The majority of the publications have great websites. I think NME.com is better than the magazine.

Great list. I think that Wire should be ranked in the Top 10. BRM magazine is the bomb.

I’m a big fan of Magnet Magazine. It’s the best true indie magazine on the market. No Blender?? Just Joking. Sweet list.

    What about Spin??

I agree with all but NME. NME is a terrible, terrible magazine. It’s the HELLO of trashy pop-alt-rock written at about a third grade level. Their show reviews generally consist of banal descriptions of the evening (which are often incorrect) rather than an interpretation and critique. Their CD reviews seem to be written to please their advertisers only. Awful rag. Move Uncut up the list and replace NME with just about anything.
