Australian singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Xavier Rudd just announced his summer tour dates. Tour begins June 18th in Houston and ends in Toronto on July 23rd. Rudd is scheduled to play HOB in Hollywood on Friday, June 26th.

R.I.S.E. (formerly Rising Appalachia), led by sisters Leah and Chloe are playing tomorrow night at the Dakota Lounge in Santa Monica. With an array of incredible collaborators, R.I.S.E. is joined by everything from stand up bass, to the jazz trumpet, djembe, baliphone, congas, didgeridoo, tablas, harmonica, beatboxing and live poets. Their live shows are supposed to be amazing.
