“Weaned on P-Funk, jazz licks and Captain Beefheart’s sense of mischief, WHITE DENIM have been sequestered in their trailer on the outskirts of Austin for five years. Emerging reluctantly into the spotlight, they’re now being hailed as the most exciting band in the world.” Andrew Perry – MOJO

SPIN Earth // Gets Down With The Almighty Defenders

SPIN Earth // Gets Down With The Almighty Defenders

“It’s like two people staring at each other on a bus and finally touching”

Last week Spin Earth caught up with King Khan, Mark Sultan and Jared Swilley in Montreal, where they were readying for the release of The Almighty Defenders self-titled album, which is due out September 22nd. They had a couple hours to hang out, fool around, play some of their songs as a trio and ramble on about the origins of the band. King Khan is hands-down the coolest person in the music business today. Click here to view the footage.
