Stella Mozgawa Is The Best Drummer In Los Angeles

After catching the Gorillaz show last night, I stopped by Hotel Cafe to check out Andy Clockwise. Andy rocked the joint, but drummer Stella Mozgawa proved once again that she is the best drummer in Los Angeles. In addition to playing with Clockwise, Stella recently became the fourth member of Warpaint. She has already taken the band to the next level with her sick drumming skills; Jenny Lee, Emily, and Theresa seem to feed off of her energy and enthusiasm.

Stella has been drumming since she was 13 and has shared the stage with Flea, Tom Morello, Perry Farrell, Josh Klinghoffer, and John Frusciante. Watch Stella work her magic with Warpaint at SXSW (down in front Jenny Lee).
