Your 33 Black Angels // New Song
Your 33 Black Angels put out one of my favorite albums of 2007, “Lonely Street“. David Fricke from Rolling Stone called the album, “one of the year’s treasures.” Fricke went on to say that lead-singer Josh Westfal’s voice reminded him of “Lou Reed on the Velvet Underground’s fourth album, Loaded“.
The Brooklyn-based band have a new album coming out on October 14th titled Tales of My Pop-Rock Love Life (not 9/30). They laid down 22 tracks for their sophomore effort.
I have a feeling that this album is going to take them to the next level. They are currently touring in support of the album. I highly recommend checking these guys out.
Their new single is titled “New Song“.
