		<description>In hindsight, it really is great that the labels didn&#039;t get in bed with Napster. The big problem they&#039;ve always had is that they have viewed music as a product rather than a service. I think they are finally beginning to accept that notion and may come out winning in the end if they buy out the music 2.0 startups of the future...but they will need fresh leadership to make it work. -Mika</description>
