The one rap album bone they throw is to Mos Def? 09 is the first year in maybe a decade w/ life being breathed into that genre. DOOM needs to be on that list.

I’d have to put Lee Fields in there. And Elvis Perkins in Dearland. And, depending on when you say it was released, Rural Aberta Advantage’s 2008/2009 album. Don’t know how those couldn’t at least be in the top 30.
