New Album Releases For Tuesday (2/17/2009)
Alela Diane is the Joni Mitchell of our generation; “To Be Still” is one of the best albums of 2009. M. Ward’s “Hold Time” has received mixed reviews, but it definitely has some winners (Jailbird, Shangri-La, One Hundred Million Years, Outro, Hold Time, Rave On, For Beginners, Never Had Nobody Like You). N.A.S.A. (Squeak E. Clean ad DJ Zegon) is the most exciting of the new releases with contributions from: David Bryne, Chali 2Na, Tom Waits, Del Tha Funkee Homosapien, RZA, KRS-One, George Clinton and others.
