New Album Releases 2009
Band Of Horses
2008 turned out to be a good year in music, but it left me wanting more. I fully expect that 2009 will be strong. I’m extremely excited for the new Band Of Horses, Avett Brothers, Gorillaz, Dan Auerbach and Silversun Pickups albums.

Wilco needs to step up this year. I think that their last two albums have been stale. How about Beirut?

I would love for Wilco to go back to the Yankee Hotel Foxtrot days, but I still love them. I’m not really a fan of Beirut.

I hadn’t heard anything on a new Band of Horses effort although I was expecting one. The Avett Bros and Gillian Welch are especially anticipated as well. Thanks for the update.

BOH recently recorded some tracks at FAME studios (Florence Alabama Music Enterprises) in Muscle Shoals. I have a feeling that the album will debut @ #1.
