My friend, cancel whatever plans you had for Tuesday night and go see Lykke. Regarldess of what you thought of her CD, her live show is even better. She throws a lot of fire that isn’t necessarily audible on the CD. She’s got almost a hip-hop edge, believe it or not.

hmm I don’t think The National are playing the Roxy on Thursday, unless you know of a secret show.

You are correct, there isn’t a National show @ The Roxy. They’re playing the Wiltern on 8/29
