The new and improved LimeWire store is offering a free 16-song digital sampler, Ear to the Ground: Athens, which celebrates the artists of one of the best music towns in the world, Athens, Georgia. The sampler includes tracks from The Whigs, Dead Confederate, Venice is Sinking and many more other local bands. You have to create an account to get access to the free sampler. I’m not sure if they spam or not, so make sure to check opt-in or opt-out for future LimeWire updates.
