I recently asked Jason Mantzoukas of Parks and Recreations, Enlightened, and The League to list his top 11 favorite albums of 2011. Mantzoukas is one of the funniest up-and-coming comedic actors out today. In The League, his character Rafi steals the show in every scene he is in. While Rafi is a huge Hoobastank fan, Mantzoukas made some excellent albums selections. Look for Mantzoukas to have a breakout year in 2012.
