Invisible Children Holiday Benefit @ The Troubadour 12/20

Invisible Children

We’ve been sitting on this secret for way too long. We finally get to announce the Invisible Children Holiday Benefit Show at the Troubadour on Monday, December 20. The event is presented by KCRW, curated and filmed by one of my favorite blogs, Yourstru.ly. The line-up includes Mountain Man, Guards, with a special acoustic set performed by Deer Tick frontman John McCauley. We cannot announce the headliner for another week or so, but it will be their first official performance; all I can say is that there are several heavy-hitters in the group.

The evening will include limited edition show posters designed by Florencio Zavala, the former creative director at Shepard Fairey’s Studio Number One. All proceeds will go towards Invisible Children’s programs to help the war-affected people of East Africa. Tickets are $15 and can be purchased by clicking here. Come join us for a killer night of music for a special cause.

Deer Tick – Twenty Miles
Guards – Long Time
Mountain Man – Animal Tracks
