i disagree entirely w/ #2. Streaming content comes from the provider, not the recipient. It’s an effort by the provider to control distribution, not a trend from the recipient that denotes a preference. Who would rather get streaming material you can’t “transport” easily when you could snag an mp3, throw on ye olde iPod and have it at hand’s reach?
Still, interesting food for thought, but it’s far too early for such deep Jack Handys right now.

I agree with you on #2. I’m a portable/owner guy. If you are able to stream applications from the Iphone or Ipod, then that’s another story.
