Damien Rice // Lay Me Down
Talented singer-songwriter Damien Rice contributed a new song, “Making Noise“, for the Songs for Tibet – The Art of Peace album. He joins Ben Harper, Regina Spektor, Imogen Heap, Dave Matthews and others for the benefit album.
One of my favorite Rice’s songs is the B-Side “Woman Like A Man“, it highlights the artists ability to play “harder edge” music in addition to his mellow/melancholy songs; Blower’s Daughter, Volcano, Cannonball & Rootless Tree
“Lay Me Down” is a duet with the Frames lead singer and Once star Glen Hansard.
